On 4/28/2026, between 4:27 - 5:03 pm CST you may have experienced intermittent 5xx errors when making API calls to the Vibes Platform for Triggered campaings. The systems affected can be found below, and while our engineers have resolved this issue, any API calls made during this time that recieved a 5xx error would need to be retried.
