Following the recent daylight saving clock change, some US sellers are temporarily unable to see shipping rates. This affects all carriers, so the shipping rates area will show no services and labels cannot be bought while it is happening. The issue affects each US timezone for approximately one hour in the late evening local time, and it clears on its own. If you are affected, rates will return within the hour. There is no need to change anything on your orders, including the delivery address, package weight or dimensions. We have identified the cause and our engineering team is working on it.
