We have identified a licensing issue affecting Microsoft Teams Room-enabled devices causing them to be non-functional. Updates will be provided as we learn more.

We are currently experiencing a campus-wide disruption affecting Microsoft Teams conferencing systems. DX is aware of this issue and is actively working with Microsoft for resolution. The outage is due to a licensing inconsistency with Teams Rooms following our license renewal. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The majority of Teams Room enabled rooms are working now. The few remaining rooms experiencing issues are still being investigated.
