The impacted fax carrier has begun to resolve issues that were resulting in faxes for a subset of customers to fail. Users previously impacted will begin to see faxes send and be received without issue. We will move to monitoring once our metrics indicate that traffic levels have returned to normal and the impacted fax carrier indicates all issues are resolved on their side.
