We are investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible. Information Technology Services (ITS) is reporting a multi-site Windstream outage affecting the following locations: - Clay County Schools - Marion County Schools - Terrell County Schools - Terrell RYDC Zayo/ENA is investigating the root cause of the disruptions. There is currently no ETR for resolving the issue, but updates will be posted as they become available.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is investigating reports that Degree Works Cloud Services are down for all Degree Works Cloud hosted institutions. Disruption of one or more components has been reported to the Helpdesk and/or confirmed by ITS staff. Technical teams are being engaged. An additional update will be provided once an investigation has been completed.

Systems Support Services (SSS) is investigating reports of intermittent issues with Single Sign On (SSO). Users may experience problems accessing applications that use Single Sign On (SSO) authentication. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

Network Support Services (NSS) is reporting a multi-site DOE outage. All sites have Planters Telephone as their last mile provider. ENA has been notified and is currently working with vendors to investigate the root cause. There is no ETR currently. Updates will be provided when possible. Sites Affected: - Bryan County Schools - Bulloch County Schools - Burke County Schools - Cadwell RYDC - Candler County Schools - Jenkins County Schools - Lincoln County Schools - Screven County Schools - Taliaferro County Schools - Wilkes County Schools - Wilkes RYDC

Network Support Services (NSS) have discovered a fiber cut between Atlanta Georgia, and Jacksonville Florida. The ETR is currently 12:00 a.m.
