    The Accelecom technician is in route to their POP now. Estimated time to be on site is 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    The damage has been located by the technician and was done by a BushHog maintenance machine. No ETR at this time.

    Accelecom has dispatched a contractor to the site and is currently awaiting a projected timeline from them. At this time, there is no ETR available.

    The contractor’s ETA to the damage site with a bucket truck is between 6:45 and 7:15 p.m. Splicers will be arriving onsite shortly after to begin their repair plan. No ETR at this time.

    Crews have the new cable pulled in and have began prepping for splicing. ETR is currently 11:00 p.m.

    Crews have both sides of SSC optical fiber repaired. No further interruptions are expected.

    After monitoring the situation, Network Support Services (NSS) has confirmed the stability of network access at USO Shared Services Center. The system should continue operating normally.
