    The ESM Team is currently working with ServiceNow to resolve an "access controls issue" that is impacting users from being able to view their "work", reports, dashboards, and more. We have escalated this matter to "critical" with ServiceNow and will provide updates once this issue has been resolved.

    The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Team has successfully resolved a permissions-related issue (Access Control List) within the ServiceNow platform. This issue had temporarily prevented some licensed users from accessing specific resources. All necessary corrective actions have been implemented, and access has been restored. The ESM Team will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability and performance.
