Resolved after 23 days 3 hours, affecting Wired network and Wireless network and 1 more, on May 12, 2026.
The cause of this issue was a fibre break which is being repaired by our 3rd party contractors. They have advised that they are still working on the cabling and it should be finished mid afternoon, but will require further testing next week. Connectivity to the BDFI should be restored
