    Some users may have experienced intermittent errors and slow response times between approximately 15:00 UTC+2 Match 30 to 6:00 UTC+2 on March 31. The issue was caused by a hardware-related problem at our infrastructure provider affecting one of our servers. We identified the root cause, isolated the affected server, and provisioned a replacement. All services are now operating normally. We have added additional monitoring to detect this type of issue earlier in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
