   Hello Everyone, NT-ware Operations is monitoring an incident with Microsoft 365. At this time, email delivery is affected with customers using Microsoft 365 via uniFLOW Online. We are monitoring the situation closely. In case this changes you will be informed via this status page. What do we know: Microsoft have put out an announcement acknowledging an issue - https://status.cloud.microsoft/ - They also have given a reference to follow in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: MO1221364 Current Status: Microsoft have stated: While we've restored the affected infrastructure to a heathy state, further load balancing is required to mitigate persistent impact. We've identified and are implementing additional actions to direct requests and traffic to additional healthy sections of infrastructure to achieve withstanding recovery. Next Update: We’ll post an update once the current situation changes or the issue is resolved.
