Update: NT-ware Operations have identified a cause resulting in delays to process certain cloud-based print jobs such as Email Print, uniFLOW SmartClient for Mac, File Upload etc. Corrective actions were taken and the service is busy recovering to normal levels, and we are continuing to monitor the recovery of the service closely. Next Update: The next update will be in 30 minutes or as events warrant.

Hello Everyone, Update: Incident Resolved. Date/Time: October 22nd, 5:20 am UTC The issue has been resolved. This was the result of system patching on our web servers yesterday. Following the patching process not all services initialized and the fault was not visible in the initial testing. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
