    Incident details: Start Time: January 26th 2026, 06:40 UTC Incident Scope: UK Deployment Description: There is currently an Azure IoT Hub incident in the UK region that is intermittently impacting some services of uniFLOW Online. This is certain print job release requests as well as scanning to desktop / local server and making use of remote access. The Online Operations Team has initiated a failover of the UK IoT hubs in order to restore services as soon as possible. Once the failover is complete an update will be provided. Next Update: The next update will be in 1 hour.
