    Users may experience slowness with FASmail message delivery (incoming and outgoing) on generic and resource mailboxes. The issue is isolated to mailboxes hosted on our Exchange on-premises environment and does not impact mailboxes that have been migrated to Exchange Online. Service has been recovered and messages are now being delivered with delayed delivery.
