    We are aware of an upstream issue affecting connectivity with our servers at the MCNC (Durham, NC) data center.     The connectivity issues appear to have stemmed from an upstream carrier's outage and the traffic has been rerouted. We're no longer seeing packet loss to or from the MCNC data center and inter-server SIP queues are catching up.     We are investigating an intermittent issue that is causing the Microsoft and Google SSO links to not load properly on the portal login page. At this time it's only affecting new sign-ons and only on the portal, the True Talk+ application seems to be unaffected. You can still log in with your regular credentials and we are working to restore SSO service as quickly as possible. Phone service is not affected by this issue. Thank You, True IP Solutions

    We are currently investigating an issue with the webphone across all cores that is preventing inbound or outbound calls using that application. None of our other services are affected at this time. While we work to correct this issue you can use the Desktop application in place of the webphone.
