    Recipients aren't receiving transaction notifications for card activity or seeing recent activity on their prepaid card page. The issue started at 12:20 ET and is affecting all card transactions. Our card processor is engaged with Visa, investigating the root cause and working toward a resolution. We'll post updates here as we have them.
