Some users in Colombia have had intermittent trouble loading Treble (app.treble.ai and sales.treble.ai). The cause is in the network path between some Colombian internet providers and our hosting provider, which has confirmed the issue and is investigating. Our core systems are running normally. We're sorry for the disruption and will share another update soon.

We have implemented a workaround for connectivity issues affecting Claro customers in Colombia. Applications should become responsive again after DNS addresses refresh locally. Affected customers may force a DNS refresh by disconnecting from all networks and re-connecting before attempting to load either https://sales.treble.ai or https://app.treble.ai
