Since 17:00 CEST on Monday 22 June, some customers may have experienced issues completing new UK rail bookings or making changes to existing UK rail bookings. This is due to an issue with our 3rd party service provider. To mitigate this issue, we have rerouted booking traffic through an alternate supplier, which has restored booking functionality. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates when they become available.
