Delivery rates for transactional emails sent to Microsoft 365 addresses have fully returned to normal levels following mitigation steps applied by Microsoft. All backlogged emails delayed during the disruption have finished processing and reached their destinations. We are currently experiencing an issue where automated emails—including verification codes and booking confirmations—sent to Microsoft email addresses (such as Outlook or Hotmail) may be delayed due to a service disruption with our email provider, and we are actively monitoring the situation for a fix.
