    On January 15th 2026 at approximately 8am CT we received reports of users being unable to schedule social posts through the Social feature within Marketing Center and Business Center. Issue Experience: Users were unable to schedule social posts as they normally would through their social calendars.     Current Status: Partially Operational Discovered: 12/2/2025 9AM CST Resolved: Impacted Product: Business Center - Mobile and Desktop Affected Feature: Calendar/Scheduling What does this mean for you? Users are experiencing issues accessing the Calendar in the Business Center software. When accessing the Calendar will spin and never fully load. For users who have the Calendar as their default page, they may see a blank screen when attempting to log in. Current Workaround: Using an "incognito" or "private" browser tab will allow users to access the software with no issue. Users on the mobile app can try a mobile browser to access. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

Some users are reporting being unable to access the thryv Business Center mobile application. Users are met with a blank/white screen when opening the app and attempting to log in and use the app. Current Workaround: Business Center can be accessed on a mobile browser (chrome mobile preferred) We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    A fix was attempted and users are now able to log in to the app. However users some users are still seeing issues with the app loading properly after logging in. Killing the app and reopening seems to resolve as a workaround. Devs are continuing to investigate and work towards a better solution.

    We now believe this issue is only affecting a small number of Business Center Mobile users. Workaround: Restarting the Thryv Business Center app (fully closing and re-opening it) should resolve the issue for most users.     Current Status: Intermittent Downtime Discovered: 10/20/2025 2:11 AM CST Resolved: Impacted Product: Marketing Center Affected Feature: Overview, Listings, Analytics, Social What does this mean for you? Users are reporting issues with being able to access their Thryv Marketing Center. Users who can access Marketing Center report latency issues, or being unable to save changes. These issues are stemming from an outage impacting Amazon Web Services that occurred overnight/early this morning 10/20/2025 AWS has reported implementing fixes that have mitigated issues, but we are still seeing lingering issues from the outage. We are working with our internal devs to ensure no action is needed on our end. We will share further updates as they become available. Current Workaround: no current workaround We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.

    We are seeing that issues with accessing Marketing Center are resolving, however the Social tab is missing from the left navigation menu completely and most of the features within Marketing Center are still not functioning properly. Our development team confirmed this is due to the impact from the AWS outage and we will continue to see things resolve over time.

    The website editor looks to be fully functional again and can be accessed via My Account and Business Center with no issues. Most services in the Marketing Center look to be resolving as well. We continue to see some intermittent issues with data and analytics loading properly and continue to monitor for further updates from AWS for a resolution.

Users are experiencing issues when sending an Announcement using the "Send Now" option. The Announcement is not sending right away despite using the Send Now option and is being delayed from sending, in some cases for multiple hours. We are investigating the root cause with high urgency. Current Workaround: No current workaround. The Announcement send eventually. Users should not attempt to send the same Announcement multiple times. We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.
