The issue affecting the UAE North (ZAE1) region has been resolved. Between approximately 11:55 UTC and 14:50 UTC, some HighQ functionality may have been affected for customers hosted in this region, including workflow and other features that rely on connected services, and you may also have experienced slower than usual response times. This was caused by a regional network connectivity issue. Connectivity has been restored and services are operating normally. We are continuing to investigate the underlying cause with our infrastructure teams. We apologise for any inconvenience.
