Our engineering teams have identified an issue affecting the underlying storage infrastructure, impacting service availability for workloads in the affected environment. We are working with our storage provider under a priority escalation to restore services as quickly as possible. Network and compute infrastructure checks have been completed, and recovery efforts remain focused on storage. Impact: Service availability may be affected for workloads in the impacted environment. Next Update: As significant progress or recovery milestones are reached. Customer Action: No action required at this time.

We have identified an issue in one of our storage arrays and are working with our vendor to fix it. There is currently no ETA for completion. Updates will be provided on any significant progress.
