Status: Resolved As of May 16th 2026, 15:45UTC - We've confirmed the corrective actions have lead to recovery. Adaptive Email DLP Security Events from 08:00 UTC to 15:45 UTC now show in the Security Events tab of customer portals, and calling the external API will now returns events from those time periods.
