We experienced an issue resulting in inbound check delays and outbound check timeouts. Impact window: Aug 5 2026: 14:00 to 17:00 UTC Impact: • Core Email Protection API: • During the window, inbound message checks may have been delayed, resulting in corresponding delays in a message being actioned and available in the portal. • Adaptive Email DLP: • During the window, outbound messages checks by the Office Add-in may have been delayed, resulting in slightly elevated timeouts. • Up to 5% of checks may have timed out and failed open via the Add-in.
