    Status: Investigating We are aware of an issue with the Gateway journal servers at the moment. This problem is isolated to journaling and does not affect inbound or outbound mail delivery.     Status: Identified The cause of the problem with the Gateway journal servers has been identified and engineering is now rolling out a fix. This problem is limited to journaling only, and does not affect inbound or outbound mail delivery. We will follow up as soon as we have further information.     Status: Monitoring A fix has now been applied in both EU and US regions. Journaling services are recovering. A very small number of tenants in the EU and US are still experiencing issues and we continue to work on finding the cause for those tenants. Journal emails are flowing again for the majority customers, but please bear in mind that some queuing for journaling may persist for affected tenants for a while.     Status: Monitoring Between 07:30 UTC to 08:56 UTC, 13th May 2026 a Gateway outage occurred for customers that manifested as inbound and outbound server status being 'Unavailable'. This has since been resolved and the server statuses should now all be 'Available' once more. Emails in the queue are expected to clear themselves automatically. We are still working through how this happened and will share further details as soon as possible. Please open a support case if you are still experiencing delays. The timeframe for when these events were received and processed is Friday 27th Feb 10:33 am to 2nd March 10:59am For events meeting this criteria, the following error may be displayed: "event details are currently unavailable for this email. We are working on the issue to get it fixed as soon as possible" Engineering is aware of this problem and is currently working on a solution.     Status: Monitoring We observed intermittent email check timeouts on our EU server earlier today. Between 11:00-1:00 UTC: Adaptive Email DLP - up to 6% of Outbound emails may have sent partially or fully unchecked. Core Email Protection API - up to 2% of Inbound emails may have been delivered partially or fully unchecked. The issue has stabilized, and our team has not seen a recurrence as we closely monitor. We will continue to monitor through the weekend and update if anything changes.
