    We are currently investigating service disruption affecting some customers in the East US region.

    A database connectivity issue has been identified which is causing intermittent outages across a large subset of customers in the East US region. StarRez Engineers are engaging with our upstream vendor to find the root cause of the issue. Updates on this issue will occur within the next hour.

    This issue is still ongoing and is being reviewed with our upstream vendor. It has been confirmed that this is impacting the region as a whole but no information has been provided yet regarding mitigation or resolution. At this time customers will continue to experience intermittent request failures within the StarRez Web, PortalX, Task Runner and Schedule Service products. Updates on this issue will occur within the 2 hours or as warranted by change of events.
