We’re aware of an ongoing AWS outage in the us-east-1 region that continues to affect parts of Sprout. While service availability has improved significantly and many customers can now log in and use the app, some users may still experience intermittent errors or slow load times as AWS completes their recovery. Our teams are monitoring closely and working with AWS to ensure full restoration. We’ll share another update as soon as recovery is confirmed.
