We experienced an issue where our time servers fell out of sync, which caused some scheduled outbound messages to be delayed. Our engineers have corrected the issue and all affected messages have now been successfully processed. Type: Outbound Message Delays Impact: A small portion of outbound messages were queued and processed once time synchronisation was restored.
