Earlier this morning, three of our upstream ISPs experienced a sustained DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack impacting their networks and infrastructure. The attack took place between 08:42 and 10:03 (UTC+2) and has since subsided. During that time, some customers may have noticed intermittent latency, packet loss, delayed message processing or temporary connectivity instability. Our team is actively working with the engineering teams at our providers to mitigate the impact and maintain service stability as effectively as possible. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will take all necessary steps to minimise any further disruption. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will provide further updates should the situation materially change. Please contact [email protected] should you require further information or assistance. The SMSPortal Team
