We have seen a high level of errors related to AI processing which appear to be caused by one of our providers being unavailable. All AI processing should be considered offline.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting our AI-powered features, including Create Survey using AI, Import Survey using AI, and Suggest Categories. Some users may experience slow response times or errors when using these features. All other areas of the platform are unaffected. We'll share an update as soon as we have more information.
