Our systems indicate that connectivity services have been restored, but provisioning is still degraded. We advise to not change SIM card state (enable/disable SIM cards) of affected SIM cards (🔵 BLUE and 🟡 YELLOW) until further notice, to prevent enabled SIM cards from losing connectivity. Do not cycle them disabled and then enabled again, or they will likely get stuck in disabled until this issue is resolved. We are waiting for updates from our partner, and will continue to monitor the situation closely.

This incident has been resolved. The involved partner has scheduled maintenance work tomorrow night to restore full service resilience. No service disruption is anticipated but they acknowledge increased risk while the work takes place, between 20 and 23 hours UTC.
