  3. identified Sep 17, 2026, 03:09 PM UTC

We have identified the root cause of the connectivity issue affecting green profile SIMs on KPN in the Netherlands and Nova in Iceland. A configuration change made by our IMSI sponsor in their roaming network data was propagated to partner networks, which caused KPN and Nova to reject registrations from affected SIMs. The IMSI sponsor has reverted the change and has asked KPN and Nova to apply the corrected configuration as a priority. Our tests now show successful registrations on KPN in the Netherlands. We are still waiting for confirmation that the fix is live on Nova in Iceland. If your devices on KPN are still offline, a power cycle or a forced network re-attach should restore service. If the issue continues after that, please contact our support team with the affected ICCIDs. We will post another update once service on Nova is confirmed restored.
