We are currently experiencing a widespread issue affecting label creation for all Poste Delivery Business shipping services. Labels are not being returned as part of the shipment creation response. The carrier informed us that "the tracking of Ecommerce US shipments is currently not possible and an error 5xx is being returned. the team is working with the highest urgency to resolve this as soon as possible. We are currently investigating an issue affecting the delivery of SMS messages. One-time passcodes (OTP) and transactional notifications sent via SMS are not being delivered at this time. Other ShippyPro services remain unaffected. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the cause, and a further update will be provided shortly.
