We are currently investigating an issue affecting July 1st billing for the following products: Afi ConnectSecure HelpGhost NordPass NordStellar H-Sase Brainstorm Impact Level: Partial Outage We’ve identified an issue affecting vendor invoicing for some customers billed on July 1st. Due to missing usage data from June, certain invoices may currently reflect lower-than-expected charges. Current Progress: Our team has identified the potential cause and is currently preparing to implement a fix. Next Update: We will continue to monitor the implementation and will provide our next update by 9am EDT on July 7th.
