   We're monitoring delayed real-time updates in SevenRooms OS (iOS) caused by an incident with a third-party provider, Google Firebase. For Google's latest status, please see https://status.firebase.google.com/incidents/9xsJMtCjjVuSHugHs8Zc In the meantime, updates continue to sync automatically about every 30 seconds, so some changes may take a little longer to appear across devices. We well update as Google shares new information.

The underlying incident with our third-party provider, Google Firebase, is not yet resolved, so some limited impact is possible until Google fully recovers.    Google Firebase has confirmed full recovery and have resolved the incident on their side Impact to our product was limited to 1:00-4:45 PM ET on October 21 and was minor: some updates took longer to appear across devices, but our automatic sync, which runs about every 30 seconds, caught anything missed, and the service stayed available throughout. Real-time updates in SevenRooms OS are operating normally and we verified stability on our end.
