Sense is aware of the ongoing cybersecurity incident affecting Bullhorn and is actively monitoring the impact on our mutual customers. Beginning on October 19, 2026, Sense identified potential impact to Bullhorn integrations as a result of Bullhorn’s security response. As of October 20, 2026 at approximately 2:51 AM EDT, API credentials used by Sense to connect to Bullhorn have been confirmed invalid. This means data sync, writebacks, and related integration activity for Bullhorn-connected agencies are currently interrupted. Sense and Bullhorn are actively working together to rotate and restore the affected API credentials as quickly as possible. Data syncing between Bullhorn and Sense is paused until credentials are restored Writeback activity (notes, opt-outs, etc.) will be queued and evaluated for reprocessing once the connection is re-established Workflows and journeys will continue to run based on data synced prior to the interruption What you need to do: No action is required on your end at this time. Sense will handle the credential update and restoration on the back end. We will post an update here when service is restored. We will continue to provide updates as the situation develops.
