Pass and Flex sign-in has moved to the Securly SSO app used across the Securly product suite. Since the switch this morning, some staff and students launching Pass or Flex from the Clever or ClassLink portals, or from a saved or bookmarked login link, are being taken to the Securly sign-in page instead of directly into the app. All users should still be able to sign in. If you land on the Securly sign-in page, select School, then choose your sign-in method (such as Clever or ClassLink) to continue into Pass or Flex. Our engineering team is actively working to remove these extra steps so sign-in works as seamlessly as it did before. If you are unable to sign in after following the steps above, please contact [email protected].

- monitoring Oct 05, 2026, 10:40 PM UTC
Sign-in to Pass and Flex through Google, Microsoft, Clever, and ClassLink is working as expected. We are continuing to monitor and are working directly with a small number of districts with unique configurations. ClassLink Users: If your school/district created its own copy of the Securly Pass or Flex app in ClassLink, that copy will not receive our recent updates automatically, and the app button may not sign users in. To resolve this, your ClassLink admin should remove the copied app and add the Securly Pass or Flex global app to your users' LaunchPads by following ClassLink's instructions: https://help.classlink.com/s/article/cmc-applications-add-apps In the meantime, users can sign in directly at pass.securly.com/classlinklogin. If you are still unable to sign in, please contact [email protected] and our team will help you get set up.
