    During a cleanup of inactive motor claims in HUB Motor, we have inadvertently closed more claims than anticipated. We are working to reopen all claims and associated tasks as quickly as possible. What does this mean? A lot of autorepairshops whom have been ordered to provide service on cars, will be unable to complete tasks in supplied claim number, since claim has been closed. Please contact Scalepoint Support if you need a claim reopened. We apologise for the inconveninces this may cause and are working actively to resolve the issue.

    We are continueing to work on a fix for this issue.

    Work on fix, which should reopen claims closed in error, is still ongoing. We will report as soon as we get closer to resolving the incident.
