After completing a post resolution monitoring period, we have confirmed that service is operating at a normal and stable level so have resolved this incident. In the EU2, US2 and APJ Data Centers, travel searches for air, car and hotel through the SAP Concur website were below expected level. Affected users may have encountered the error message, “Sorry, something went wrong.” when attempting to perform travel searches. Systems detected the issue and successfully auto restored service performance.
