Affected New Concur Travel users may have encountered an error or no rental car rates displaying when attempting to search for car rentals. Root cause: An update to an infrastructure component supporting a containerized travel service had a defect that introduced a memory leak and resulted in service degradation under peak load. Once the incident response team identified the issue the component was redeployed to return to the last known good version and restore service. Corrective Actions: The following corrective actions were identified: Revert the component to the last known good version. Add a test to detect increase resource utilization during build time Add load tests for the impacted component
