SAP Concur incident
Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request, Imaging, Analysis/Intelligence: P1
Resolved after 1 hour 10 minutes, affecting Analysis/Intelligence and Expense and 1 more, on July 17, 2025.
In the France Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and Concur Mobile App was unavailable. Affected users may have experienced an error, “An error occurred while processing your request” when attempting to access the ChorusDT website. A maintenance operation to migrate a gateway infrastructure service to a new cluster unexpectedly resulted in a service disruption when connections between the content delivery network used by SAP Concur and the new cluster couldn't be established. The migration was reverted to restore service. Engineering later identified that a configuration item in the connection profile of the new cluster was incompatible with the protocol version configured on the content delivery network, causing connections to be rejected. Corrective Actions: The protocol version on the content delivery network is being updated to support the offending configuration item. The gateway infrastructure architecture is being revised to use more clusters to allow more phased migrations and earlier issue detection.
