Resolved after 26 minutes, affecting Analysis/Intelligence, on August 14, 2025.
Impact as Reported: In the US2 and EU2 Data Center, access to Analysis/Intelligence service was intermittently down for customers. Affected users may have experienced latency, a spinning wheel or timeout errors when attempting to access or navigate within the Analysis/Intelligence service. Root cause: A configuration change on a service used to automatically distribute operating system patches performed to increase the efficiency of deployment runs unexpectedly caused some Linux instances hosting the analytic service to enter a degraded state, resulting in intermittent service degradation. The issue was caused by an audit service running on the target hosts becoming overwhelmed by the volume of concurrent patches and rendering the operating system unresponsive. The incident was addressed by updating the automation tags for the impacted hosts to remove them from the target list of the updated process. Further mitigation work is being performed to address the issue of high volume patching negatively impacting the audit service. Corrective Actions: The following corrective and preventive actions have been identified: additional monitoring is being put in place to allow earlier detection of individual instances becoming unresponsive patching tags have been adjusted for the host type susceptible to the issue audit service configuration adjustment are being evaluated to allow leveraging the improved patch deployment approach on the impacted nodes

In the US2 and EU2 Data Center, access to Analysis/Intelligence service was intermittently down for customers. Affected users may have experienced latency, a spinning wheel or timeout errors when attempting to access or navigate within the Analysis/Intelligence service. No workaround was identified. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the US2 and EU2 Data Center, access to Analysis/Intelligence service was intermittently down for customers. Affected users may have experienced latency, a spinning wheel or timeout errors when attempting to access or navigate within the Analysis/Intelligence service. No workaround was identified. The Incident Response Team implemented a job that will continue to run keeping the impacted instances in a stable state. Although service has been stable for some time, the IRT is continuing investigation to ensure service stability going forward. We have verified that service performance is stable and will now resolve the incident. An investigation into the root cause of this incident will be conducted , and a root cause analysis report provided when that investigation is complete.
