FRCA Impact as Reported: In the US2 Data Center, all users attempting to complete air and hotel bookings in the New Concur Travel through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unable to complete their travel bookings due to booking errors. Root cause: An infrastructure component provided by the hyperscaler vendor hosting the US2 SAP Concur environment suffered an outage that caused disruption for the next generation travel services dependant on it for cross service communication. Service was restored as soon as the hyperscaler resolved the issue on the impacted component. The hyperscaler vendor will provide SAp Concure with and RCA and identified preventive actions.

In the US2 Data Center, all users attempting to complete air, car, and hotel bookings in the New Concur Travel through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unable to complete their travel bookings due to booking errors. The services automatically self-recovered while the Incident Response Team (IRT) was investigating. We have verified that service performance is stable and will now resolve the incident. An investigation into the root cause will be conducted, and a root cause analysis report will be provided once the investigation is complete.
