Resolved after 38 minutes, affecting Invoice, on October 15, 2025.
In the US2 and EU2 Data Centers, Concur Invoice Capture processing was 75% below expected level. Customers who send invoices to the Invoice Capture service via email were experiencing delays. Affected users may have observed delays or failures in email delivery resulting in invoices not appearing on the Invoice Capture page. A workaround for this issue was not identified during service disruption. The Incident Response Team (IRT) rolled back a recent change to restore service. Affected customers can expect a delay in delivery and appearance of invoices as the backlog processes. The IRT will continue to monitor Invoice Capture email processing to ensure backlog processing completes without issue. We have verified that service performance is stable and will now resolve the incident. An investigation into the root cause of this incident will now be conducted, and a root cause analysis report provided when that investigation is complete.
