As the IRT was gathering, services self recovered. The IRT determined root cause of the temporary degradation is related to a recent change that resulted in temporary internal connection errors. The connection errors have now been resolved, and extended monitoring has confirmed there has been no recurrence of the errors. The IRT has confirmed service is stable, and the incident has been resolved. An investigation into the root cause of the incident will now be conducted, and a root cause analysis report provided when that investigation is complete.
