After completing a post resolution monitoring period, we have confirmed that service is operating at a normal and stable level so have resolved this incident. We identified and resolved a service degradation that affected user logins and caused latency and slow response times when accessing various services in the Concur for EU2 data center. During the impact period, users who attempted to sign in using either Single Sign-On (SSO) or a username and password may have encountered the following error message: “Sorry, something went wrong.” Users who were already logged in during the impact period may have experienced various symptoms, including blank pages and generally slow page loading. Unfortunately, no workaround was available during the period of impact. The Incident Response Team (IRT) performed a rollback of a recent change to restore service.
