Resolved after 6 hours 50 minutes, affecting Expense, on January 14, 2016.
The Expense menu setup menu was unavailable. Administrators were experiencing errors when attempting to access the Expense administrative functions under Setup. The cause of this issue was due to code that was inadvertently introduced into the production environment. To resolve this issue, the code was rolled back. We will review our processes and procedures relating to releases to prevent further occurrences.
