Resolved after 30 minutes, affecting Expense and Invoice, on September 19, 2015.
Expense and Invoice were intermittently unavailable. Users experienced errors, slow processing or were logged out when attempting to create, view or save expense reports, process payment requests or perform administrative functions. The cause of this disruption was due to a procedural error in our release process that caused old and new code to be live at the same time. To resolve the issue, we brought all servers to the same version of the code. We are reviewing and updating our deployment scrips and processes.
