Resolved after 8 hours 58 minutes, affecting Expense, on August 31, 2015.
Expense was intermittently unavailable. Users were unable to log in, and if already logged in, users experienced errors or slow processing when attempting to create, view, save, or approve expense reports. The cause of this disruption was due to memory contention on one of our servers. To resolve this issue, additional resources were made available to the affected server. We are reviewing and revising our resource allocation and provisioning strategy to prevent future reoccurrence.
