Resolved after 4 hours 3 minutes, affecting Analysis/Intelligence and Expense, on August 29, 2015.
Expense, Analysis and Intelligence were intermittently unavailable. Users experienced errors or slow processing when attempting to create, view, save or approve expense reports or run reports. The cause of this disruption was due to a known software issue in certain operating systems that can cause a loss of DNS registration. To resolve this issue, we ran a script to register DNS on the servers. Until a patch is provided for the operating system, we will employ manual steps to monitor for the loss of DNS registration.
