Analysis and Intelligence were intermittently unavailable. Users experienced errors when attempting to log into reporting or run reports; if already logged in, users were logged out. The cause of this disruption was due to an issue with the code that was discovered after the monthly release. To resolve this issue, a hotfix was applied. We are reviewing our processes to make hotfix applications less impactful to the service uptime.
